The Zip Condos at 80 Western Battery Road are the second phase of a three-phase development by Monarch Group. Completed in 2008, Zip Condos are the successor of Battery Park at 50 Lynn Williams Street and the predecessor of Vibe at 100 Western Battery Road. As one of the original condo developments in the area, these modern, glass-clad buildings with a brick and glass podium set the tone for what would eventually become the new Liberty Village, a destination-worthy neighbourhood just west of downtown Toronto.
